With a bachelor in Public Relations and Advertising, Ghada started a career in Advertising in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Lebanon. She then launched her own company organizing events across the region and conceiving and producing TV games and entertainment shows for one of the leading Pan Arab TV stations.

After moving to Montreal in 2010 as a full-time single mom, she completed 3 professional development courses at McGill: ‘Effective Public Speaking’, ‘From Idea to Launch’ and ‘Introduction to Coaching Workshop’, which led to her enrollment into a Leadership certificate program and graduated in 2016.

Along with the aforementioned certificate, Ghada was involved in conceiving and organizing events, producing TV live broadcast and talk-shows and managing the logistics of election campaigns.

A founding member of an initiative by the Lebanese Consulate in Montreal to empower startups and build a Canadian-Lebanese ecosystem to connect it to the Lebanese ecosystem for mutual benefits. Organized many networking events in Montreal for Startups from Lebanon and the Middle East regions who are aiming to expand to North America.

Organizer and part of a committee behind a cultural initiative aiming at introducing a rich Lebanese/oriental heritage in music to the Canadian audience and to Canadian-Lebanese youths.

Founded INNOVENT in 2017, specializing in conceiving initiatives and producing events.
